• Dr. Richard P. Lam will no longer see patients after January 1, 2025
• All of Dr. Richard P. Lam’s patient records will be going into safe and confidential storage on behalf of Dr. Richard P. Lam, who must retain the records for a number of years before they can be securely shredded.  RSRS is the provider of storage and transfer services.
