“With the sale of the Medical Arts Building, I decided that it was time to retire. The office closed as of July 30, 2018. I have enjoyed being your physician and it has been an honour and a privilege to assist with your health issues. I have enjoyed so many good friends in the practice; patients, staff, and fellow colleagues.

I strongly recommend that you obtain a copy of your personal medical history from RSRS. This information is important for your continued care and may not be available to you or your next healthcare provider otherwise.”
