Notice of Practice Closure

 

“Dear Patients:

After more than forty years in speciality practice I am now retired and the practice is now closed as there is no new consultant available to take over. Your family doctor will refer you to a new specialist if necessary.

I have tried hard to provide advise and to provide the best care for my obstetrical and gynecologic patients. It has been an honour and a privilege to have been your doctor and a part of your life. I am hugely grateful for the trust, the care and the confidence that you have shown me over the many years.

All good things must pass and the time has come for me to step aside, to plan new adventures and explore my many other interests.

Patient charts have gone into storage as per CPSO requirements. To obtain a certified copy of your record, please use the form below.

I want to thank you from my heart and soul for the support and encouragement you have given me. It has been wonderful.”
