  • Dr. Peter Sauret will no longer see patients after April 9, 2020
  • All of Dr. Peter Sauret’s patient records will be going into safe and confidential storage on behalf of Dr. Peter Sauret, who must retain the records for a number of years before they can be securely shredded.  RSRS is the provider of storage and transfer services.
  • UPDATE: Dr. Kenneth Florence has agreed to take on those patients of Dr. Sauret who wish to enroll to his practice. Dr. Florence has been practicing family medicine for over 27 years and is located at 474 College Street, Ste. 302 - just a few blocks east of Dr. Sauret’s closed office. Dr. Florence tends to the care of both individuals and entire families, regardless of age or gender.

    • ​You will need to request a copy of your DIGITIZED RECORD from RSRS in order to transfer to Dr. Florence, as his practice is paperless.

  • To begin the process of obtaining / transferring a copy of your medical record, please fill in the form on the right.
  • If you have already been contacted by RSRS and would like to transfer to Dr. Florence, please download and complete the Patient Enrolment Form listed to the right and return to RSRS as soon as possible.
