  • Dr. Ivan Yee will no longer see patients after September. 30, 2019
  • Dr. Ivan Yee has identified Dr. B. Dhawan and Dr. J. Jeyaratnam who will take on those patients of Dr. Ivan Yee who wish to transfer to them.
  • All of Dr. Ivan Yee’s patient records will be going into safe and confidential storage on behalf of Dr. Ivan Yee, who must retain the records for a number of years before they can be securely shredded.  RSRS is the provider of storage and transfer services.

​You will need to request a copy of your DIGITIZED RECORD from RSRS in order to transfer to Dr. B. Dhawan and Dr. J. Jeyaratnam, as their practice is paperless.

  • Should you choose not to transfer to Dr. B. Dhawan and Dr. J. Jeyaratnam, Dr. Ivan Yee strongly recommends that you obtain a copy of your record regardless, as this information is important for you and for your new doctor.  It’s also very important in the event that you are without any doctor for any period of time, as you will be the only one who can offer information about your current and previous healthcare.
