Date of Practice Closure: February 15, 2020

 

  • Dr. Barb Loiskandl/Rainer Loiskandl will no longer see patients after February 15, 2020
  • All of Dr. Barb Loiskandl/Rainer Loiskandl’s patient records will be going into safe and confidential storage on behalf of Dr. Barb Loiskandl/Rainer Loiskandl, who must retain the records for a number of years before they can be securely shredded.  RSRS is the provider of storage and transfer services.

****Dr. Wes Clayden to Take on Drs. Loiskandl Patients at New Clinic****

  • Starting March 1, 2020, Dr. Wes Clayden will be opening a family practice in Wasaga Beach
  • Dr. Clayden has agreed to assume the rostered patients from the Drs. Loiskandl practices
  • Starting February 15, 2020, you can contact Dr. Clayden’s office at (705) 429-4801 to schedule an appt.
  • Dr. Clayden’s practice will be located at Mosley Medical Centre, 940 Mosley St., Unit 3, Wasaga Beach, ON L9Z 2G9
  • For your first appointment, please bring your medications and pre-arrange for the transfer of your medical record from RSRS.
