  • All of Dr. Teresa Pietrus and Dr. Henryk Pietrus’s patient records will be going into safe and confidential storage on behalf of Dr. Teresa Pietrus and Dr. Henryk Pietrus, who must retain the records for a number of years before they can be securely shredded.  RSRS is the provider of storage and transfer services.
