RSRS will notify patients of the impending transition. RSRS is happy to assist you with the printing and mailing of the patient notification letter (or local newspaper ad) and can usually save you money, due to the volume of mailings we undertake. As part of that patient communication, we can include a rostering form for the new doctor, where applicable, and an authorization form giving permission to transfer medical records to the new doctor.
