• Dr. Shintula Wijeyakulasingam will no longer see patients after July 31, 2023
• All of Dr. Shintula Wijeyakulasingam’s patient records will be going into safe and confidential storage on behalf of Dr. Shintula Wijeyakulasingam, who must retain the records for a number of years before they can be securely shredded.  RSRS is the provider of storage and transfer services.
