Outbound Sales / Customer Service Representative

Located near Dufferin and Glencairn - North York
With 20 years in our field, RSRS is Canada's largest medical record manager. Our Patient Services department assists patients with obtaining certified copies of their medical records (especially when their doctors retire). Due to expansion, we have an opening for qualified individuals to join our professional team which walks patients through the process of securing their medical information for future care.
Reporting to the Manager of Patient Services, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
• Excellent verbal skills with the ability to persuasively describe a process.
• Enjoy working with people, demonstrating empathy, conviction and passion
• Embrace challenges, achievement goals and targets
• Above-average attention to detail and accuracy when entering data
• Invite feedback, coaching and personal development to get better
• A pleasant and confident personality and speaking voice
Office skills required:
• MS Office (You’ll be using Outlook, MS Word and MS Access)
• General administrative skills
• Reliability and consistent attendance
